To kick off Super Bowl LVII, we wanted to let fans know that YouTube was the new home of NFL Sunday Ticket. So we turned to the little orange cat that got us here.

The Minecraft community surpassed one trillion views on YouTube. To celebrate this record-breaking milestone, we tapped into one of the community's most loved genres: animated parody music videos.

Featuring 30 of the top Minecraft creators from around the globe, we created a special Minecraft-themed cover of the song “We Built This City” and packed every frame with Easter eggs for the community to discover and enjoy.

Shakespeare wrote King Lear in quarantine. I worked on The Daily Special for GoogleStore.com. This campaign gave families stuck at home discounts on new devices to help them stay entertained while staying safe. With 30 videos, 60+ webpages, countless banners, social posts, CRM as well as real-time trends, The Daily Special wasn’t Shakespeare but made a few people laugh in a time we needed it most.

How do you launch a great-sounding speaker during a pandemic? We partnered with a group of global female artists to make recordings in their homes to be listened to in yours.

How do you show that a laptop is impossibly light? You do something near impossible, like shooting an entire spot in Zero G.

Google Nest devices are designed to help. And for those living with paralysis, these devices can be extra helpful. We shot this documentary as part of a partnership with the Reeve Foundation in which we donated 100,000 Google Nest devices. It was a truly amazing experience.

I’ve sunk many, many hours into Overwatch. It’s a fantastic video game. I’m not nearly good enough to go pro. But, I did get to work on this film which announces the formation of the Overwatch eSports League and in-game qualification system.

Evel Knievel carried around a diamond-studded cane filled with Wild Turkey. It’s one the many facts that makes Wild Turkey so interesting. And, what draws in admirers like Matthew McConaughey. This film documents Matthew’s visit to the distillery, his new role within the brand and meeting with the legendary Russell family.

I originally went to design school with the intention of becoming a toy designer. It did not work out. Luckily, I found my way into advertising which allowed me create this toy and accompanying iPad game.

The NBA finds ways to connect with fans on a deeper level than most leagues. This program encourages young fans to live a more healthy lifestyle. In helping develop the program, we created messaging, a logo and film to promote it all. We also caught a closed gym three-point shootout between Steph, Dell and Chris Mullen.

First they’re sour, then they’re sweet. Sour Patch Kids have long held this sacred oath by which duty precedes the sensible. It is with these words they meddle in the dealings of young men and women as they try to thrive in their teenage world of uncertainty. These short spots dive into the absurd nature of Sour Patch Kids while delivering on the brand’s core strategy.

As someone that loves to read classic literature, I adored this project. We showed the power of collaboration by creating demo which allowed users to co-write with famous authors. With over 3,000 direct translations and in-depth priority system, it seamlessly brought a boring demo to life in an unexpected way. Unfortunately, the site is no longer life but this film should help sum up the experience.

It’s not often when a casting includes the talent be blasted in the face with an air canon. It is, however, very fun. The Reebok Ventilator boasts extreme ventilation. To show this, we created a series of cinema-graphs that added up to a larger film.

It’s good to do good things. While at AKQA, I started a portfolio school with my friend, Craig Kind. After two semesters of teaching students, we replied to a simple tweet from the founder of Pencils of Promise who was looking for help on a Holiday campaign. It blossomed into a full on project where we were able to raise money to build schools in developing nations.
